Styling: Charity Cocktail Event

My friend Ani is headed downtown tonight for an art filled charity event. The vibe calls for something sexy and fun. This gorgeous Milly dress was perfect, especially with the hi/low hem line. Vince Camuto suede booties are perfect for adding texture and giving the ensemble an even more funky downtown vibe. Tonight will be a little chilly, a button less blazer will keep her warm and is open enough to not constrict the flow of the dress. Add hoop earrings, a statement cuff and structured clutch, et voilá, ensemble complete. The only purchase we made was the dress, everything else was shopped from her closet!

Makeup is simple, the dress is really the statement tonight. Keep the face dewy and clean with a smooth foundation. Add a creamy glistening base shadow to the eyes, black liner smudged a bit at the edges, then a few layers of mascara and a nice pink red lipstick. Done!
