Colors of Fall

Color changes every season. Designers pick colors based on their mood, their environment, a gradient of a past color. They review the trends from companies like Pantone (www.pantone.com), working off their predictions and making tweaks here and there. Fall has an eclectic palette. Not just the color variety but the increased use of patterns. You will see an emphasis on pastels, extra attention to splashes of color peaking out of black and brown and many shades of purple (which is playing off of Spring 2008).
